Nadat je een contract op zak hebt en vooraleer je start aan je avontuur als consultant krijg je een programma dat je helemaal klaar maakt. Ook krijg je van ons een contract met allerlei voordelen.

Het KASS programma bestaat uit trainingen en opleidingen in de verschillende focusdomeinen van Kohera. Naast de technische opleidingen bevat het KASS programma ook opleidingen rond Project aanpak en project management en Presentatie training.

De technische opleidingen worden gegeven vanuit praktijkervaring en bevatten vele oefeningen en voorbeelden.

Naast de opleidingen voorzien we studietijd zodat je je certificaten eveneens kan halen en op zak hebt.

Tijdens het KASS traject zal je niet enkel studeren en opleidingen volgen. Samen met je collega's ga je mee naar klanten om daar mee te helpen in projecten.

Na het traject van een 6 - 8 tal weken ga je samen met je collega's op stap naar klanten en ga je mee op projecten werken.

Je teamlead volgt je op en samen met onze operations wizard wordt alles samen met jou in goede banen geleid en ben je klaar om als data wizard aan de slag te gaan!

Every year we start the KASS at the beginning of September and we fly in with a group of enthusiasts!
Before the KASS you will have some conversations with your future team lead and the managing partner of Kohera.

As soon as your contract is signed, we arrange everything (car, fuel card, laptop, wages, …) and you will be picked up on the first day by a colleague who will take you “to work”.

COURSES

The courses take place in all Cronos buildings throughout Flanders and will always be in your agenda so that you know where your training is taking place.
Kohera has its headquarters in Kontich and there you can study, work together with your other colleagues at times when there is no training.
