Kohera Academy
Summer School

We will give you the opportunity to start with a tailor-made program to prepare you for the adventure as a consultant. You will also receive a contract from us with all the benefits.    
The KASS program consists of training and education within the different focus domains of Kohera. In addition to technical training, the KASS program also pays attention to soft skills, such as training on project approach and presentation training.

The technical courses are given based on practical experience and contain many exercises and examples.

In addition to the courses themselves, we also provide study time so that you can also obtain your certificates, which give you a good basis to get started.

During the KASS trajectory you will not only study and follow courses. Together with your colleagues you go to customers, and you are involved in various projects.

Your team lead will follow up on you and together with our operations wizard, everything will be guided in the right direction for you so that you are quickly ready to get started as a data wizard!

Every year we start the KASS at the beginning of September and we fly in with a group of enthusiasts!
Before the KASS you will have some conversations with your future team lead and the managing partner of Kohera.

CONTRACT

As soon as your contract is signed, we arrange everything (car, fuel card, laptop, wages, …) and you will be picked up on the first day by a colleague who will take you “to work”.

COURSES

The courses take place in all Cronos buildings throughout Flanders and will always be in your agenda so that you know where your training is taking place.
Kohera has its headquarters in Kontich and there you can study, work together with your other colleagues at times when there is no training.
